Job Description:

Position: Associate Telephony (L1,L2 Level)
Education: B.E/B Tech / Graduate Any Discipline with Diploma in Computers.
Job Description:
• VoIP implementation and support experience with Enterprise type accounts
• A minimum of two years’ experience with Call Manager, Call Manager Express, Unity/Unity Connections.
• Advance troubleshooting skills for voice gateways. e.g. CSS, dial plan, translation, policy map, routing etc.
• Strong voice protocol knowledge SIP/H.323/MGCP.
• Work towards resolution of incidents reported by users/monitoring tool - within SLA.
• Raise flags for critical issue and follow defined escalation path and update frequency.
• Daily review of alerts from monitoring tool related to Cisco Call Manager, associated gateways and Voice circuits.
• Coordinate with product and service vendors on Support Requests for problem diagnostics, log collection and problem resolution.
• Responsible for Configuring and tracking back up of Call Manager components.
• Should be able to work 24X7 and 6 days working culture.
