Required Skills:

Manage Front Desk all related Activities. Arranging conference rooms for meetings & conferences.
Responsible for calendar management, Event management, travel management, Facility Management, HR Coordination, Petty Cash Handling, Coordinate mail flow in and out of office. Coordinate office activities.
Arrange appointments.
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills, Customer service orientation.
