Job Description:

Level-1 Desktop Support Duties.

Candidate should have knowledge on Active Directory, DHCP & System Administration.

Candidate should have Knowledge on Windows/Mac, Linux & UNIX environments.
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows platform, iOS and Microsoft Office and any other authorized desktop applications.

Candidate should have knowledge on Networking (CCNA basics).

Should have knowledge in troubleshooting Anti-Virus related issues, Troubleshooting Printer related issues, should be able to resolve day-to-day desktop/laptop issues.

Should have knowledge on Printers, Server Environment

Configuring Network devices and will be operating on Cisco Environment.

Ensure IT Processes is in line with Corporate Technology Governance / Information Security.

Manage and record IT help desk requests receiving either by telephone or Web Tickets.
Troubleshooting Wireless LAN profile and Wired LAN profile issues, VPN connectivity issues.
Good knowledge in any Ticket management tool
Configuring Wi-Fi to the windows, android and iOS devices
Provided support to on-site staff through mail, Remote and telephone
