Recruitment Manager
The Recruitment Manager will oversee the full life cycle efforts of the local Recruiting Teams. As a leader, they will be responsible for the execution and delivery of successful activities, tasks and strategies that result in greater coverage, interview, and offer numbers while building a team through coaching, mentoring, team building, and successful performance activities. This is a hands-on role; the Recruitment Manager is expected to work closely with the team leads and recruiters to ensure delivery metrics are met and exceeded.
Chief responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage daily activities for local office consisting of 3-5 Recruiting teams
• Manage the complete sourcing, recruitment, and company Interview Process
• Lead, monitor, measure team performance against set goals and expectations
• Lead, oversee and guide team to close strong candidates per client requisition
• Ensure team’s daily sourcing and recruiting activities relative to calls, emails, tech screens, pipelines, interviews, etc. are proportionate to open requisitions
• Conduct daily team meetings reviewing all activities relative to the above
• Act as a coach and mentor for all team members while building an effective team atmosphere
• Responsible for data measurement via excel spreadsheets
• Understand, monitor and measure ratios relative to submissions, interviews and fills
• Report on team metrics to build a successful recruiting team
• Implement and manage New Hire Training in respect to company Processes, client expectations, and the expectations of the role
• Manage team attendance
• Manage team attrition
• Manage the recruiter hiring programs
• Manage On-Boarding and training programs
• Complete PIP evaluations
• Work with HR to off-board non-performing team members
• Maintain database for Interview questions and manager information
• Assign requisitions to Team Leads and Recruiters
• Manage productivity and documentation of team production
• Act as the Single point of contact with the US based Delivery Manager

The success of the Recruitment Manager will be based on meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly delivery targets, team attrition, attendance, and positive Client Scorecards.
Desired Experience
• 1+ Recruitment manager exp is good to have
• 5+ years as a successful technical recruiter
• 3+ as Lead recruiter
• 1-3 years supporting MSP/VMS clients with limited manager visibility
• Experience leading a team of sourcers or recruiters
• 2+ years in account management with client interaction
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
• Sourced candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, internal networking, and other social media avenues
• Detail-oriented: priority to make sure every assignment, follow-up, or closing was completed to the highest level possible
• Strong interpersonal skills: great verbal and writing skills
• Technical skills: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, Vendor Management System (VMS) portals
• Excellent with Boolean search strings
• Strategic use of job boards, networks, cold calling, and outreach to both passive and active candidates
• Pace phone screens and interview set-up with direct applicants, referrals and interested candidates
• Multi-task several open positions ranging a wide variety job descriptions in order to place candidates concurrently
• College degree is a must
